Building the capability and the infrastructure that facilitate career conversations takes time. For key employees or target groups you may want to get the process started with external specialists.  

We offer 3 Career Coaching "packages" based on the stage of career your employees are at. Your employees will be partnered with one of our specialist Career Coaches who will provide impartial, professional support.

What You Will Get

One to one, impartial, professional support with an external Coach, usually for 6 sessions.  All our coaching is solution focused and employees are able to choose their Coach via an established Discovery Session.

Each coaching relationship at The Careers Company is bespoke to the needs of our clients. Outcomes can include :  taking the confusion out of career transitions, exploring possible  career options or re-configuring work-life balance

All our coaches are externally accredited via the ICF, CDI or the AoC
